My name is Britta Lisette Schroeder, a.k.a., Justice Girl. I used to push a lot of paper at the local district court, fighting crime one paper cut at a time. I loved my job and I defined my life by it, which is very depressing considering the menial pay I received. I am now a Stay at Home Mom. A much harder job and stressful enough that I still occasionally moonlight as Justice Girl.
I am married to a wonderful man named Tom who has put up with my B.S. for a lot longer than I would have, if the roles were reversed. He is an Incredibly Handsome Computer Software Account Manager who is very good at his job and is the reason that Justice Girl is now on hiatus. He has a daughter named Alyssa, who we adore and wish we could see more often. Together, we have two beautiful daughters – Isabel Lisette (“Ella”), and Sophie Helen. We also have a Portuguese Water Dog named Porter. The girls are harder to raise than Porter, but their breath is less stinky, so it all evens out.
We recently moved from Utah (The Beehive State) to Harrisburg, PA (The Weird Hat State). I miss home, but I really like it here. I’ve always wanted to live somewhere that contained copious amounts of trees, farmer’s markets, Amish people and a honest-to-goodness ghetto, all in one place.
I’m horrible at grammar and spelling. Please ignore the grammar and be thankful for spell check.
I, unlike most of the Internet, realize that my opinions are different from others and don’t feel the need to send hate-mail based on that difference of opinion. However, if you feel…well…differently…you can send it to: akajusticegirl@gmail.com. I reserve the right to post all hate-mail and encourage my friends/family to mock you. You can also send me questions, love-mail, or pictures of kittens. I would enjoy that very much.
